The first nine pages is an introduction to the Water Car Pro book. The introduction discusses what we have done since the being of mankind to create energy in a powerful, yet clean form. It talks about how water has been used in the past for an energy source, but it has never been very practical. The book defines and describes all of the automobile components that you will be dealing with. Phillips head screwdriver, a drill, rubber mallet, and electrical tape are some of the tools needed. All tools needed are very common and should be easily borrowed from a friend if you don’t have them.

Water For Fuel Kit System Components
On pages 13-24, I learned all of the components and pieces that I needed to begin using water as fuel in my car. Maintenance
You will learn how to maintain your water for fuel system starting on page 36, and it costs a lot less than changing your oil. Maintenance consists of a few simple procedures like changing the water and replacing the collector plates once a year.
Conclusion
Oliver South ends the book with some references to other very expensive water as fuel kits on the market today. Also, he briefly touches on some tax advantages for business vehicles.
